Crafty Turtles are the answer! Have a hive of turtles (Mining, Lumber, etc.) gather materials, then transport them to the crafty turtle that then create turtles and place them to go get resources to make more turtles. It's a plan that cannot fail!

I attempt to tackle the Spectral Archer... But I trip and fall onto the now withering corpse of Jiloacom.

The Spectral Archer shoots me and I begin to suffer the same fate as the previous adventurer.

The Spectral Archer is still at 43 HP and 10 Damage Withering Arrows for any other daring adventurers.
