#240774 Gamax92's CCLite ComputerCraft Emulator (Updated for CC1.75)

Posted by gamax92 on 18 December 2015 - 08:43 PM in General

Updated for CC1.75, which realistically isn't much so, also fixed a bunch of things:

Spoiler

If you refuse to read the above, atleast read this: Normal/Uncolored computers are somewhat broken, if anyone knows why, I'd appreciate the help.

EDIT: Fixed the Normal/Uncolored computers.
EDIT2: Fixed pastebin (and any site that uses relative redirects in general)

#240607 Gamax92's CCLite ComputerCraft Emulator (Updated for CC1.75)

Posted by gamax92 on 15 December 2015 - 10:43 PM in General

Thanks for reporting none of this on GitHub, I'll get around to fixing some of this stuff soon.

EDIT: fs.list is not sorted on ComputerCraft either.

#230402 [MC 1.7.10][CC 1.74] CCLights2 v0.4.3 - THE graphical addon for ComputerCraft

Posted by gamax92 on 18 August 2015 - 06:43 AM in Peripherals and Turtle Upgrades

This is my fork of CCLights2, actually being updated and adding in some new features.
Check out the original thread by ds84182 here.

Description:
CCLights2 is a graphical addon for ComputerCraft, adding in the ability to draw points, lines, rectangles, triangles, ovals, and even pictures.
If you want to report issues, you can report them here, on github's issues page, or preferably both.

New Features:
Actually updated for 1.7.10!
Added Triangles and Ovals:
gpu.triangle(x1, y1, x2, y2, x3, y3)
gpu.filledTriangle ^
gpu.oval(x, y, width, height)
gpu.filledOval ^
Added key_up for CC1.74
Added repeat parameter to key for CC1.74
I've sorta ported this as of a few hours ago, so expect bugs. But it does run and you can draw and click and type away.

#226854 [CC1.74] Bit api bugs

Posted by gamax92 on 21 July 2015 - 05:30 PM in Bugs

When the bit api changed up in CC1.74, it became a bit less useful and even break various functions:

All functions will limit the number to the range of a signed 32bit number, but give numbers that are unsigned 32bit numbers.
And by limit to a range, it'll do something more like
math.min(math.max(number, -2^31), 2^31-1)
instead of wrapping around

This will for example, break colors.subtract:
bit.bnot will generally return a number larger than 2^31-1, but when it's passed to bit.band it gets rounded down to 2^31-1, and no bits will change.
This results in the color not being subtracted

I'm assuming the api was changed up for the eventual migration towards Lua 5.2, but numbers should wrap around instead or being range limited

EDIT: I guess this is more Java's fault instead of ComputerCraft's fault, casting a double directly to an int will range limit it, but intermediately casting it to a long and then to an int gets the correct wrapped result.

#226246 Gamax92's CCLite ComputerCraft Emulator (Updated for CC1.75)

Posted by gamax92 on 18 July 2015 - 04:41 PM in General

Updated to CC 1.74!
Spoiler

As for the .love and the .exe produce different updating results, not sure.
The exe gets built using the resulting .love which includes builddate.txt,
and the same builddate.txt gets uploaded to the website

EDIT: Whoops, I forgot the load function, not that it matters anyway since the bios immediately overwrites it >_>
EDIT2: Added some more updates for CC1.74
(EDITOR STOP EATING MY POST)

It's been a while, hasn't it.

Just updated CCLite to 1.73, and fixed up a lot of bugs:
Spoiler

EDIT:
Also wtf is with dan200 and GravityScore putting backslashes in their lua patterns?
Like ... it doesn't do anything, you can remove them and it still works the same way.
They also are escaping stuff that aren't even lua pattern elements ...

EDIT2:
oops... I accidently the windows builds, they should be fixed now.
Also added a couple more fixes
