Um, no actually, I love that scroll bar LOL, it's like the same as on a regular computer, but instead of dragging, rapid-tapping.. hmm..

Can I include this in my os, PieOS, which is currently unusable due to it lacking a filebrowser? (can edit so far, but the icon on that is even broken..and the dialog box isn't complete.. IRK!)

#74269 Mad-DL, apt-get for ComputerCraft! Now v2.1

Posted by pielover88888 on 14 January 2013 - 10:43 AM in Programs

Interesting, at first I thought this _was_ ccget, and I remembered that ccget had few features, then I noticed it's not ccget and..
well, anyway, this seems pretty cool. *tests it out*

EDIT: found bug in 2.1: mad-dl:434: attempt to index ? (a nil value)
that happened when I did mad-dl search, then chose to update the cache because it didn't exist.

#74264 Lightshot 1.5 - Pause Your Recording

Posted by pielover88888 on 14 January 2013 - 10:33 AM in Programs

oh just so you know the opening Lua Prompt bug only happens if you tried to change the directory, probably because it attempts to load the file "lua" FROM that directory.

possible proof: http://pastebin.com/gwUkeyKk
It also shows a bug I had when I made my own, messing-around-alternative-shell.

#74261 Lightshot 1.5 - Pause Your Recording

Posted by pielover88888 on 14 January 2013 - 10:26 AM in Programs

Didn't notice that bug, but, perhaps a "lightshot help" command, so you can see the f1 shortcut? I always did ctrl t, thank goodness it worked :P

EDIT: didn't update, now it says it.. :<

EDIT2: found bug! can't open lua prompt with it open! (sorry about long beginning of the shell, I was on the forums at the time.) also another bug when i say o-o.. http://pastebin.com/XmaHRAvC

Goodness, PLEASE, use spoilers or a pastebin link, instead of having the code in the post, as it get's long lol. Otherwise, that seems pretty cool.

#73853 Lightshot 1.5 - Pause Your Recording

speaking of youtube, I kinda want the Appstore developer, to make, essentially, a youtube-store. lol, it'd probably work using pastebin to download the video's, that'd be pretty cool..
Seeing annotations and putting them in, now that'd be interesting.. xD
annotation("che \n w on this pie, does \n it taste funny?","green")

Well, first of all, they could notice that other users don't have to be in your minecraft world or on the same server.
Otherwise, "real life" in the title gives them a darn good hint that it's not rednet :P

#73600 [OS] [WIP (with code)] PieOS (Usable-ish edition!)

Posted by pielover88888 on 13 January 2013 - 08:04 AM in Programs

It's not my first code, I made a different one but I didn't know how to make the clicking work then.. also, I made Slopie, but that turned out to not work because my computer was too slow to save the file, and .. well, it states for itself, just draws crosshairs.
I've also made a "phone" operator via rednet, never published it, and I also made a library server to host "books", and a client that was very chat-like to it, ie, no editing of the file to send something other than the default "help".

#73125 [OS] [WIP (with code)] PieOS (Usable-ish edition!)

Posted by pielover88888 on 12 January 2013 - 02:10 PM in Programs

Hello everybody,
over the past day/five hours since before I posted this, with breaks in between of course,
I made a work-in-progress-unusable operating system.
Yes, this might look like KREOS *coughcough*ndf-OS*coughcough*, but I had the idea for this, and coded a different one long before their release.
Please don't be like "oh, another os", and don't go "oh another person saying don't go like that", as I laugh every time people do that XD.
Anyway, back on topic, all it has so far is a few functions, which were necessary, and an alert(program) function. (peer into the code yourself :P)
Screenshot (OLD): (aka "screenies", for some reason LOL)
Spoiler

It is a total work in progress, lacking even a settings file.
If you want to help, which I hope you do, pm me :D
<del>psst: I don't know if the alert function works lol<del> Correction: it doesn't work

Notable bugs: you can get INDEED to appear without clicking the start button first, even though I tried to fix that.
also, now, hitting the A (the only way) in applications, to get Indeed to appear, makes Applications, disappear. Fix it by hitting the start button.

Download: http://pastebin.com/L96c1Mxu (has help file and shutdown button to y/n ask you if you want to exit.. will be replaced by dialog box in coming version, also, an edit-prompt! so it's kinda usable!..ish)
Spoiler

Next version should perhaps have a settings file.
