Hello! Is the forum broken? For me it has no CSS.

Sounds like you are trying to access the forum using https.
The forums do provide https, but only because it is automatically enabled by cloudflare, meaning that all links will use http:// causing most browsers to block loading any Stylesheets.

I found the issue. The DuckDuckGo Browser Extension changed http to https.

Tried adding "https://" before the URL, same thing happened.

Yep, the forums are partially HTTP.

When you put https:// before the website, a lot of reply features go away because CSS controls them. I think the JavaScript stops working, too, but, PHP still works.

This has been posted 5 billion times in the correct section of the forums

Why is this in general

In that case the OP didn't know that the issue they had was caused by https so this thread does differ from the other 5 billion.
I guess that this was posted in General because it is not something which really belongs to Forum Discussion because, as mentioned above, this thread was not like "Why don't the forum work with https?" but rather a problem on the side of the OP.
