The forums are really massive now and there's so much stuff it's hard to find a lot of really cool programs on here, especially those that were released a long time ago.

So the idea of this game is to find a program topic in the forums at least 6 months old that you think is worth reminding the forums about, because it's still useful, or unique, or well executed or just a nice bit of history, and post the link here along with a short description. So that can be a program from your really early days or something you remember liking and/or using, or just happened to find when searching through the back of the program catalogue.

I'll get started:

This is the earliest game I can find on the forums. It's a simple quiz question-answer game; you modify the source code to add your own questions and answers, and when executed it asks them randomly:

Approved, but please don't actually necro the topics by posting in them, particularly due to their potentially-old age - the only exception is if you're the topic starter.

Shame CommuteOS didn't work out. It would be amazing to see what would happen if all of the ComputerCraft experts got together and posted their best code. But in the end we made virtually 0 progress.

NDF-OS

Need I say more as to why this is a nice bit of history on these forums?! Strangely and sadly enough, not many or enough people have learnt from his mistakes and continue to make similar ones. :(

Very funny.

I like the idea of this thread. I'll put down Enchat. I made it in December 2015, and last updated it April 2017. I still think it's one of my best ComputerCraft programs, and maybe the best chat program on the forums, if you'd pardon my self-flattery.
