Updated profile picture/icon. This one uses CC colors and it can be displayed with the new characters in CC1.76+ (you will need to shift it by (1, 2)).

I just started playing SimCity 3000. I found an old CD-ROM with the game, ripped it, installed it onto a Windows 98 VM and that's it.

Use turbokrist by Apemanzilla, you'll love the results. Just make sure you have a decently powerful gfx card before even thinking of it.
