I play with computercraft and misc peripheral for 1.5
I would like to know if one turtle have the possibility to know the name or the id of the item in one slot without make the comparison with an other slot

A sensor turtle with an inventory sensor card in slot sixteen will give you the information you seek. Check out the OpenCCSensors peripheral in the Peripherals section.

You could do that by letting it put the item in a interactive sorter and retrieve the the ID via rednet
