How do I copy a notepad written program into minecraft game and then into the computercraft computer. I have tried Ctrl C / Ctrl V but it only copies one line at a time and then not very successfully.

You can save your programs to pastebin.com, and you can use the built in pastebin program to download it to the computer in game.
Make sure you have the http api enabled in the config though.

If it's a single player game, go into your save file, open up computers and just drop it into whichever computer id you want to use it on

If it is on multiplayer, and HTTP is not enabled, you can try this.
