So I want a code where I hit a button it will go to the rules,then I hit another button it will go to the staff members.Then one of the last buttons will make it go to the helpful commands. Then I want something that will make it go to the helpful commands menu. Then I will want a button that will take player back to the main menu that says "Welcome to (ServerName")

X would equal the blank area
R would equal the Welcome to
D would equal the buttons

I don't think the OP has any code, as it feels like a request. If that's the case then I'd suggest that the OP reports this topic and asks for it to be moved to the general section, which is a more suitable place for requesting programs.
