Nice save on what could have been a long off-topic debate, on the subject of that debate: relationships like the one implied are extremely rare in the game world. Also this is a topic I'd rather avoid until I can gauge the maturity of you players. [/OOC]

Only you can prevent forum fires. And I do now realize what that means as a bear saying those words. Haha, Smokey the Bear reference.
More on topic, I'm going to assume that all wild animals can talk to/understand each other in a common language that humans cannot normally understand. However I would assume that those humans that have a certain affinity with nature would have the ability to learn this 'language'.[/OOC]
"Peace, wolf-brother. We come to your woods to seek a powerful evil that has fallen on the land. We wish to destroy it. Might you know of this evil?"

As for our 'other' topic, I ask that it is dropped here. Any further opinions and comments should be kept to their owners (don't post it). [/OOC]
The wolf bounces of your chest from the momentum his half-effort attack, and lands at your feet. "Bear, friend? Heal her?" He turns his head back to his pack and barks twice. Two members of the pack help a third to the forest edge. The third has a large wound on her left haunch, blood causes fur to stick to the skin. It is clear that the wound was caused by something larger than the great-wolf that carries it.
