Is there a way that i can play worm or any other game in a Monitor and remote control it so that I don't have the Computer Screen in the front?

You can run any program on a monitor by running the following:
Right clicking the monitor makes the program think it has been left-clicked. However you'll need to open the computer's GUI to type anything or right click.
It's totally possible to modify Worm to work with, say, redstone input from a few pressure plates or something instead of the arrow keys.

Under MineCraft 1.7.10, the MoarPeripherals Keyboard allows this.
