I'm running a Tekkit v3.1.2 server and I'm not able to build mining turtles. I can build normal turtles as you normally would, but when I use the recipie for a mining turtle nothing happens. I've tried logging myself in as op as well as a regular user and still can't create one. I've also tried using the Philo Stone and Automatic Crafting Table but they didn't work as well.
There are no error messages appearing anywhere as far as I can tell, and Googling for a solution has lead me nowhere.

Are you using an unused diamond pick in the recipe?

I know how that is, brand new diamond pick, seems like a waste to craft it onto a turtle without at least giving it a swing or two first, right?
