For some reason when ever I make a signature I get a error that you only are allowed 3 lines. Can anyone say why I cant make a signature

(Yes my signature is only 2 lines not 3)

I heard that there's also a limitation on text size (12p is what I've heard). Maybe that's the case for you? Btw, I think this should go under Forum Discussion, but I guess it doesn't matter much.

It's 3 lines of 12pt.
I think it might actually be using pixel height. So you may be able to add more lines if your font is smaller ( not tested, don't take my word for it )

But yes, 3 lines at 12pt

ok just tried again with 2 lines and size 10 font....

Cranium I know it is "very simple" but what I'm saying is that it won't let me upload the sig above that is size 10 font, 2 lines and 3 links...I'll try it again today

I don't see anything wrong with your sig, but it might be due to formatting. Double check that your formatting does not go past the 3 lines. I think it counts using all of the tags in full editing mode.

Well the forum seems to dislike spaces between links....not sure why.....so i made very small periods that are similar colored to the background...hope this bug or whatever it is gets fixed...

EDIT: the 3 "standard" lines restriction doesn't work too well look at my new sig...

The size restrictions are enforced manually. Don't make yourself a pain in the ass, or you'll have your signature privileges revoked.

Well, we never really liked the forum software anyway, and it hates almost all formatting, so I'm not surprised it complained.
