I’d get like a five pounder ten-pound drop it finally market down so I didn't rate down by 1 90 I don’t know why yes August 4th 185 August 12th Formula 41 extreme 182 Emma has just been accepted that I was getting close at from then on August 23rd I was 185 and then September 10th I was 175 on and my first semester school I really didn’t lose much more but exactly does kind of okay with like I get so much that I lost at that point but they're and I knew I needed to work on school and I am I just change things up in the gym bit I didn't do as much cardio in assisting a bit more weight just token put on a bit a must so like .
