In terms of an energy shot, don't expect much either. virility x3 Yes, there is some good energetic ingredients in here, but I am not sure there is enough to have had much effect at all. My guess is there is 50-75 or so mg of caffeine, plus maybe a little more pep from the yohimbe too. I despise Yohimbe - as it makes me jittery and nervous, virility x3 but the dose was small enough that I really did not feel it at all.
