In terms of an energy shot, don't expect much either. Yes, there is some good energetic ingredients in here, but Ivirility x3 am not sure there is enough to have had much effect at all. My guess is there is 50-75 or so mg of caffeine, plus maybe a little more pep from the yohimbe virility x3 too. I despise Yohimbe - as it makes me jittery and nervous, but the dose was small enough that I really did not feel it at all.
