About Me
I've recently started bodybuilding. We started monday that was last. The instructor while in the gym designed a training plan for me which contains the full body workout (threadmill initially ( 20 minutes ) then feet / chest / biceps / tricep /abs/ shoulders ) for starters month on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
